Salman Khan, the highest paid actor of Bollywood today sentenced to five years owing to the Rajasthan’s famous black deer hunting case. The court has also imposed a fine of 10000 rupees on him. Following the punishment, the Sultan of Bollywood was instantly detained and will be in Jodhpur jail today.
Defense counsel Mahesh Bora argued in high court that Salman Khan had been falsely framed in the cases, which merely depends on the statements of eyewitnesses the driver i.e. Harsh Dulani, who allegedly used in poaching in both cases.
Mahesh Bora argued that Harsh was not available at the time of cross-examination and thus the statements could not have totally relied upon him in relation to Salman’s conviction. He also supposed that both cases have built upon circumstantial evidence as did not have any eyewitness or some material evidence against the Dabangg star.
It was in 2016 July when Rajasthan court supposed in its judgment on Salman Khan‘s request, to overturned his conviction to acquit him. The court determined that pellets that were killed the endangered animals were not fired by Salman’s licensed gun. The case was weakened due to the missing of the driver named Dulani at that moment. But the Bishnoi community went to Supreme Court.
Salman Khan has to spend the night in Jodhpur jail as his bail hearing in the Court has been posted for tomorrow. For the meantime, the Bishnoi community has expressed their anger regarding the other actors being permitted to be free.
