This film is a biographical drama directed by Roman Polanski and is based on the life of the pianist Władysław Szpilman who is forced to live in the Warsaw Ghetto during Nazi Germany’s invasion of Poland. This film released in the year 2013 is directed by Steve McQueen and stars  Chiwetel Ejiofor as Solomon Northup and the supporting roles include, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Dano, Paul Giamatti, Lupita Nyong’o, Sarah Paulson, Brad Pitt and Alfre Woodard. This is a very realistic film and was both critically acclaimed and a box office success. The film won three Academy Awards, Golden Globe Award, and several other awards.

This film is an American biographical crime drama and is based on the life of Frank Abagnale Jr. who became an expert in forgery and disguise and performed fraud worth millions of dollars by acting as a Pan American World Airways pilot, a Georgia doctor and a Louisiana legal prosecutor and he did all these before his 19th birthday.The film released in the year 2002 and is directed by Steven Spielberg and starred Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks. It was both a box office success and critically acclaimed movie.

It is an American biographical drama film and is about a man’s spiritual journey through the natural world. The plot of the movie is based on the travels of Christopher McCandless across North America and his life spent in the Alaska in the early 1990s. I realized the year 2007 and is directed by Sean Penn and starred Emile Hirsch as McCandless. The movie was nominated for two Golden Globes and two Academy Awards.

The film is based on the life of Aron Ralston, a canyoneer who becomes trapped by a boulder in Utah’s Canyonlands National Park in 2003. The film was nominated for six Academy Awards and James Franco received an Oscar nomination for his portrayal of the character of Aron Ralston.

The film is based on Chris Kyle whose pinpoint accuracy saves many lives and turns him into a legend during the war in Iraq but when he is released from his duty and comes back home it takes a heavy toll on his personal and family life. The film released in the year 2014 and starred Bradley Cooper as Kyle and Sienna Miller as his wife. The movie was a huge box office hit and Eastwood’s highest-grossing film till date.
